Order No. 8898-C / 2020, issued by the Office of the Minister of State, Economy and Digital Transition, was published in Diário da República on 12 August 2020, which sets out the interpretation of the applicable principles and guidelines corporate events, during contingency state.
This order was published under the terms and for the purposes of Resolution of the Council of Ministers no. 70-A / 2020, of 11 September, which came to declare the contingency state within the scope of the COVID-19 pandemic, throughout the national territory, as of September 15, 2020, revoking Council of Ministers Resolution No. 55-A / 2020.
