The 24th. Edition of the Annual IBA (International Bar Association) Arbitration Day will take place in Lisbon Congress Center, form 13 to 14 April 2023.
This Conference is presented by the IBA Arbitration Committee, under the theme International arbitration in a divided world – a challenge to the system’s legitimacy.
The session will include several topics, such as: the impact of third party funding on investment arbitration, the implications of sanctions for international arbitration and dealing with corruption in international arbitration, among others.
IBA is the foremost organization for international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies. The present membership is comprised of more than 80,000 individual international lawyers from most of the world’s leading law firms and some 190 bar associations and law societies spanning more than 170 countries.
