Environmental well-being was one of the conceptual objectives at Plaza Ribeiro Telles, all spaces are air-conditioned, isolated and soundproofed from ambient noise. Acoustic comfort was a priority.
All main spaces are complemented with vestibules (for reception, “coffee break”, etc.) and well-sized toilets. Some of them also have attached work / meeting rooms that further extend the range of their use.
