For the third consecutive time, Portugal was elected World’s Leading Destination, by World Travel Awards (2019 edition).
Turismo de Portugal was also considered World’s Leading Tourist Board, for the third time in a row.
The venue chosen for the World Travel Awards Grand Final Gala Ceremony was the Royal Opera House Muscat, in the Sultanate of Oman.
