Alfândega Porto Congress Centre was voted Best Meetings & Conference Centre in Europe in 2017, an award presented by Business Destinations magazine at the Portuguese stand in London during the WTM - World Travel Market, according to a statement.
Alfândega received this distinction for the third consecutive year. The prize was awarded by a panel of judges that included three experts in the business tourism area along with the magazine editorial officials, the Porto conference centre mentioned in the same statement.
The choice criteria were "quality and variety of services; value for money; online presence, website and other applications; sustainability practices and environmental awareness; customer service and business vision," Alfândega explained.
