Located in the heart of Lisboa, Campo Pequeno has been an emblematic building of the city since 1892, with a neo-Arab architecture. Classified as a Property of Public Interest, it is one of the capital's icons, for its cultural and emotional value. This venue has completed a renovation and requalification(2000-2006), and it kept its original characteristics, although the building is now more modern from and functional. It reopened to the public in May 2006. This space maintains its original activity and is today a multipurpose venue for shows and events, equipped with other areas such as: restaurants with terrace, a museum, an underground car park and a shopping centre with a catering area, a supermarket, eight movie theatres and direct access to the metro. It is served by an extensive transport network.
