The NEO 2022 Event will take place in Porto, from 5 to 8 September. This event will feature panels that discuss the most relevant topics, which are redesigning the telecommunications scenario, with the participation of operators and political and regulatory authorities in Brazil. 
There will also be the ceremony of the "NEO best of the year award", in its 8th edition, which will award the companies that stood out in several categories.

The Joint IMEKO TC1-TC7-TC13-TC18 Symposium 2022: “Cutting-edge measurement science for the future” will be held in Porto, Portugal, from August 31st to September 1st, followed by a day MATHMET satellite workshop, on September 2nd, on mathematical and statistical applications related to the activity of the Technical Committees involved.

The 18th World Congress on Menopause will be held in Lisbon, Portugal from 26th – 29th October 2022.

The International Menopause Society was born in 1978 in Jerusalem during the 2nd International Congress on the Menopause. The mission of the IMS is to work globally to promote and support access to best practice health care for women through their menopause transition and post-reproductive years, enabling them to achieve optimal health and well-being.

The 5th International Conference on Antibiotic Resistance – IC2AR 2022 will take place in Costa da Caparica, from 5-8 September 2022.

The 80th Biennial Conference will take place in Lisbon from 19-24 June 2022.

The program includes the sessions of the ILA committees and study groups and a set of parallel working sessions where the main issues affecting the current status of the International Law will be discussed.

The International Liquid Crystal Conference (ILCC) have been held biennially, under the sponsorship of the International Liquid Crystal Society since 1965. 
In 2022 the conference will happen in Lisbon, from 24 to 29 July, jointly by the International Liquid Crystal Society (ILCS), the NOVA School of Science & Technology (NOVA), the University of Lisbon (UL), the School of Engineering of the Lisbon Polytechnic Institute (ISEL) and the Portuguese Liquid Crystals Society (PLCS).
The ILCC2022 will take place in a hybrid format, allowing on-site and online participation.

For the first time the International Society Congress (ISPRM), the European Society Congress (ESPRM), as well as the national Congress (SPMFR) will be joined in one event. A World congress, a European Congress and a National congress together, as it should be in these times of union and friendship.
The event will happen in Lisbon, from 3 to 7 July 2022. The venue remains the Lisbon Congress Centre. Apart from the scientific program, a social program is being carefully planned. 

The city of Guimarães (Porto and North Region) will host the 95th edition of the IUVSTA Workshop" (International Union for Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications), between 20 and 23 June 2022. 
This workshop will be focused on the latest advances and most exciting results in the area of Plasmonic Thin Films (including nanoparticles, nanostructures, nanocomposites and 2D materials) i.e. materials that manifest collective oscillations of free electrons,

The 17th. edition of EWEPA (European Workshop on Efficiency and Productivity Analysis) will take place from 27 to 29 June, in the city of Porto.

This event is the leading biennial conference devoted to the methodology and application of productivity, efficiency and performance analysis of firms, public services and industries, joining academics and practitioners from all continents. 

The 33rd edition of ESGAR (European Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology) annual meeting will happen in Lisbon from 31 May to 3 June 2022. The event includes lectures, scientific presentations, workshops, "satellite" symposia and an exhibition of industrial products, structured together with partners.

In the context of the conference, a postgraduate course is also held, under the theme "Abdominal Imaging and Intervention".
