Portugal is strengthening its presence at IMEX Frankfurt 2018, which runs from 15th to 17th May. There will be 65 Portuguese companies present at this world fair of incentive trips, meetings and events, a number higher than the Portuguese participation in the last editions.

Portugal's stand in the event will have 540sqm in a privileged area of the fair, right at the entrance of the pavilion. The area will house 65 Portuguese companies and entities, among them the Convention Bureaux of Lisboa, Porto, Cascais, Algarve, Madeira and the Azores.

This increase in the number of represented companies is also a reflection of the excellent performance of Portugal in ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association)'s ranking, namely of regions such as Lisboa, Porto, Cascais and more recently Coimbra.

IMEX Frankfurt is one of the leading companies in the meetings industry worldwide. Its operating model is based on meetings between hosted buyers and national companies, with an average of 15 meetings per day.
