Lisbon will host the 49th. Annual general meeting of the European Hotel Managers Association (EHMA). 
Upon the theme “Inspiring the Future”, the meeting will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, from 10th to 12th February. 
According to Panos Almyrantis, President of EHMA, National Delegate of Greece & Cyprus and General Manager of the Grand Hyatt Athens, «This year’s theme concerns both our historical past and also our prestigious traditions and the challenges of the future in order to commit, engage and inspire young people to enter a rewarding profession (…)».
The event will include, among other activities, the General Assembly of EHMA, the presentation of the new members, a working session organized by EHL (Êcole Hôtelière de Lausanne) for the Young EHMA 2023 Group, and the Educational Day, on Saturday, February 11th. The welcome cocktail and the Gala Dinner will be held at Pátio da Galé, in Terreiro do Paço, one of the city’s most emblematic squares.
Composed of high-level hotel managers, representing the most prestigious and unique hotels in Europe, EMHA was founded in 1974, with the aim of maintaining and enhancing the image of the hotel industry.
