Portugal will host the World Final of International Pairs, a golf tournament that gives amateur golfers from around the world the opportunity to compete in professional golf tournaments. The JJW Hotels & Resorts Group has won the rights to host the event over the next three years at Penina Hotel & Golf Resort this year and San Lorenzo Golf Course in the Algarve in 2018 and 2019.

"Our main goal is to offer a fantastic and memorable experience to all our guests, whether they are new entrants or already our customers and friends. We also proudly guarantee that the JJW group will, through its hotels and golf courses, transmit abroad the excellence and quality of the Algarve destination," says Ruben Paula, JJW Hotels & Resorts Group Operations Director.

The tournament will go through different courses. The teams will be cleared on July 20that Pinheiros Altos Golf Course, on August 5that San Lorenzo Golf Course and on September 6that Sir Henry Cotton Golf Course in Penina Hotel.

According to Patrick Mulcrone, CEO of Golf Partners Worldwide, owner of International Pairs, finding the "perfect stage" for this tournament is always a challenge. "The choice of host partner does not depend solely on the quality of the golf course but also on that of other facilities involved such as accommodation, all surrounding infrastructure and even entertainment for our guests when they are not in competition."
