The Annual Meeting of the EFA is a networking annual Forum for the members of the European Finance Association. The Conference takes place in Universities, Financial Institutions and Business Schools, usually located in Europe and attracts over 750 renowned financial economists from top business schools and universities from all around the world.
The Nova School of Business and Economics will host the 46th Annual Meeting of the European Finance Association from August 21-24, 2019. During the Conference, papers in the Finance, Economy and Management areas will be presented and discussed.
The program includes 80 sessions and 240 papers. One of the conference highlights is the keynote speech by Prof. Andrei Shleifer, Professor of Economics at Harvard University, the most cited economist in the world. In addition, there will be several social events, which will provide excellent opportunities to network.
The EFA Doctoral Tutorial is a one day event dedicated to PhD Students which will also take place at Nova SBE, the day before the Annual Meeting.
