The Estoril Conferences is a global meeting that takes place every two years in Cascais, attracting around 4000 participants, a third of which are young people aged between 16 and 30 years old.
In 2019 we will again bring you speakers with history and stories to share, changemakers and provocateurs, that will focus the discussion around the theme Empower Humanity: From Local to Global Justice, divided in subjects such as climate change, extreme poverty, human rights and technology.
Despite the negative impacts globalization has had, we believe this new reality can also be regarded as an opportunity to rethink the concept of justice in a wider, plural and richer world.
