The 14th World Conference on Bioethics, Medical Ethics and Health Law will be held in Porto, march 7-10, 2022. The venue selected was the Porto Palácio hotel.
The conference programme includes several parallel sessions, that emphasize ethics in various areas of medical sciences (neurology, pregnancy and reproduction, organ transplantation, genetics, palliative care and end of life, etc.), but also in the areas of social sciences (human rights, holocaust, alcohol and drugs, justice, environment, immigration, among others). The conference also has a parallel session, dedicated to a bioethical discussion on the so called "Corona Plague".
The event is supported by Turismo de Portugal and by the Porto Convention and Visitors Bureau, under the M&I Portugal Program.
