Wizz Air will be connecting Lisbon to Kiev, starting April 19thnext year, the airline said in a statement. For this operation, the company will base a second plane in the Ukrainian capital, which will also connect the city to Talinn.

Flights will take place three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. "In addition to the two new routes, Wizz Air has also announced that it will increase the number of weekly flights from Kiev Zhulyany to seven destinations from April on, namely Bratislava, from four to five flights a week, Cologne from three to five, Copenhagen from three to four, Dortmund from four to five, Hanover from two to four, Larnaca from two to four, and Memmingen from five to seven," the airline mentions.

The company has strengthened its routes from Portugal, for example, with the connection between Faro and Budapest. Wizz Air also flies from Porto to Budapest and Warsaw.
