Portugal has launched “Portugal Travel Insurance”, a travel insurance for visitors residing abroad, adapted to the new pandemic reality, caused by COVID-19.
Its coverage includes medical, surgical, pharmaceutical and hospital expenses associated with the disease, as well as expenses for cancellation, interruption or extension of travel, resulting from the pandemic.
The initiative was promoted by RNA Seguros de Assistência, and is being released by Turismo de Portugal to international markets, in order to strengthen the security of the destination, being available at
