Aqua Village is the first five-star Health and Spa Resort in Centro de Portugal Region, dedicated to health and wellness, just a few steps from Serra da Estrela, Viseu, Coimbra, Covilhã, Guarda and Piódão.

Located in Caldas de São Paulo village, Oliveira do Hospital municipality, the resort consists of twenty-nine apartments with T1 and T2 typologies and a suite. Within these typologies, it has Deluxe and Premium apartments, distinguished by the privileged view over the river and the whirlpool on the balcony.
 
All apartments are equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, chaise longue sofa, and kitchenette.

Roots Restaurant stands out for its author cuisine, with special emphasis on endogenous products, combining tradition with contemporaneity of unique flavours. Sensations SPA has a hot springs hydrodynamic pool, an outdoor hot pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a hot and cold shower. There is also a wide range of massages and treatments, whith exclusively created synergies for Aqua Village Health Resort & Spa. Outside you can enjoy a swimming pool and a river beach.
 
SPA water assumes a preponderant role in the unit, being used in several treatments like Vichy Shower, Scottish Shower or Hydromel.
