The conference is organized under the sponsorship of the Portuguese Association of Automatic Control (APCA), a national member organization of the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC), which is one of the additional co-sponsors of the event. This 13th edition of the conference is a special landmark for APCA, as it coincides with the celebration of its 25th anniversary. The event will take place at São Miguel, Azores.
