59th ICCA Congress (International Congress and Convention Association) will take place from 1 to 3 November, under the theme ‘Transforming Global Events Together’.
The congress presents itself as a global hybrid experience. Attendees may choose to participate in person (in Kaohsiung, Taiwan), online, or in one of the virtual Regional Hubs (Cape Town, Kuching, Latin America, Luxembourg, Malaga, North America, Riyadh and Seoul). This event format was developed in collaboration with Maritz Global Events, allowing the global ICCA community to connect with each other and explore new ideas, formats and technologies.
Within this event, it will also be launched Kaohsiung Protocol, “a framework that will document and highlight best practices to help ensure global events continue to be vital drivers of social, scientific and economic development. ”, so stated by Senthil Gopinath , CEO of ICCA.
